The Kermadec Spiny dogfish (Squalus raoulensis) is a dogfish described in 2007. It is a member of the family Squalidae, found off the Kermadec Islands.

Average Size and Length: Male maturity occurs at 2.1 feet. They are known to reach a maximum length of 3 feet.

Demographic, Distribution, Habitat, Environment and Range: Found it the Kermadec Islands, the Kermadec Spiny dogfish has been recorded on oceanic ridges and seamounts at depths of 689-1,640 feet. They are most typically seen at around 984 feet. They are considered deep benthic dwelling over continental slopes in the bathyl zone.

Biology and Reproduction: Unknown, but thought to be ovoviviparous.
